Dr. (AMB) Oluwanifemi Fagbohun: A Voice of Excellence

The journey of Dr. (AMB) Oluwanifemi Fagbohun powerfully reflects what immigration represents when driven by vision, perseverance, and a deep commitment to community. An accomplished entrepreneur, global luxury brand development expert, and international beauty and wellness consultant, she is today recognized as one of the most influential Afro-descendant female leaders in Canada.

Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Niffy Signature, and Managing Director of the brand, Dr. Fagbohun has built a company that stands at the intersection of excellence, innovation, and cultural identity. Through her leadership, she has helped redefine industry standards while creating economic and professional opportunities for many women from diverse backgrounds.

Her impact, however, extends far beyond entrepreneurship. As Chair of the Niffy Wellness Foundation, she places well-being, health, and community empowerment at the core of her mission. The foundation promotes a holistic approach to human development, where self-worth, mental health, and access to resources become powerful drivers of sustainable transformation.

Dr. Fagbohun’s work and influence have earned widespread recognition. She is an Amazon Best-Selling Author, a member of the Forbes Black Society and the Forbes Women Network, and has been named among the Top 100 Black Women of Excellence to Watch. She is also a recipient of several prestigious honors, including the CIBWE Award 2023 in Canada, the Canadian Choice Award 2025 for Community Service, and the Canadian Choice Awards 2024 and 2025 in the Health & Beauty category. The City of Saint-Laurent in Montreal honored her with the Community Personality Award in both 2022 and 2024, recognizing her tangible and lasting impact within the community.

For Dr. Fagbohun, success holds true meaning only when it is shared. Her immigrant journey is marked by resilience, adaptation, and a constant determination to transform challenges into opportunities. She strongly believes in the power of human-centered storytelling, the importance of representation, and the necessity of creating spaces where immigrant voices are heard, valued, and celebrated.

Through her work, leadership, and community engagement, Dr. (AMB) Oluwanifemi Fagbohun represents a generation of immigrant women leaders who are shaping the Canada of today and tomorrow—bold, values-driven, and deeply committed to collective impact.

Her story is one of inspiration, elevation, and trailblazing leadership—a role model for younger generations and a living testament to the fact that immigration is a profound strength when guided by vision and determination.
